A quick background on him: he grew up in Edmonton AB, moved to BC at age 18, moved to the Sea to Sky Corridor in 2004, got hooked and won’t leave! David has a vibrant family of 4 kids and an all-star wife (she made him write that, but really she’s pretty great). David is a ski and mountain bike enthusiast (dabbles in kiteboarding) and has countless battle scars to prove it. David started his real estate career in 2010 and is a consistent top performer for Stilhavn in Squamish and Whistler.
Real Estate is not for the faint of heart; luckily, David takes on real estate like everything else in his life – full speed ahead. He has achieved Master Medallion level, which is minimum 5 consecutive years of being in the top 10% of all realtors in the Greater Vancouver area (Pemberton to Fraser Valley), and the last few years he’s achieved the top 3%. David prides himself on giving genuine and informed advice to his clients in all situations and has built his business on integrity.
